 Terms and Conditions 1) Celticmoon Crafts operates in accordance with UK laws
2) At the present time Celticmoon Crafts can only accept orders from the UK. Citizens from other countries may join the ATC swap if they wish
3) Once you have clicked to confirm your order you are agreeing to purchase goods at the stated price
4) Prices are quoted in pounds stirling, and the postage rate is £3.00 up to the order value of £20. Orders of over £20 are postage free. These prices are subject to change in the future.
5) Handmade Cards and Handmade Jewellery are made to order so may take slightly longer than normal to send out. All other orders will be sent out as soon as payment has cleared, usually within seven days. If there is a delay for any reason you will be informed by e-mail.
6) If you are not satisfied with your order it may be returned within seven days providing it is in perfect condition.
7) Refunds will only be given on faulty goods. Refunds will not be given on damaged goods. If goods have been damaged in transit this should be taken up with the courier. Celticmoon Crafts will assist in these circumstances in any way we can.
8) All credit/debit card payments are handled via paypal on a secure site. Personal details will not be revealed to anyone other than Celticmoon Crafts. This will only be so your order can be processed. Celticmoon Crafts will not pass your details to any other persons.
9) Images on the website are a representation of products offered for sale only.
10) Anyone ordering from the website must be aged 18 years or over. Celticmoon Crafts has the right to refuse custom from anyone without stating a reason.
11) No goods will be shipped outside of the UK
12) Celticmoon Crafts opperates an Angel Policy with our own brand products. These means you may sell any items you make using our products, but you may not sell the products themselves. In the case of CD Roms this means you may not print individual pages and sell them. This only applies to Celticmoon Products, for other products please refer to the manufacturer.
13) These terms and conditions can be altered and updated at anytime without notice. Please read before placing your order.
